It is not a dream any more that arriving to Mount Everest from Lhasa within one day, along with Line Lhasa-Shigatse K9821, the first extent line of Tibetan Railway open to traffic from Lhasa Station at 9:00am. 16th Aug. 2014.
Stretching from Lhasa to Shigatse, the second large city in Tibet, Line Lhasa-Shigatse is as long as 253km and runs in the worst natural environment that with thin air, frozen land, oxygen deficit and sharp differences in temperature at an altitude of 3000m to 4000m. Relying on latest design, superior quality and excellent after-sale service, Shanghai RAYS stood out from so many competitors. It is a great honor of Shanghai RAYS to be the guard of this remarkable Tibetan line.
Our R-Scan series X-ray scanners were operated both in Lhasa and Shigatse’s train stations. First installed in such high altitude, we realized that what RAYS’ product has to face up is not only the severe operation environment, but also the mission to be roof of security world.
